BOYI is open to young people between 18–35 years old who are passionate about agriculture, willing to learn, and ready to manage a farm cluster under our training and support system. No prior experience is required — we’ll train you.
No. BOYI provides access to farm clusters that are already prepared for production. As part of the program, you’ll receive training, inputs, and a structured farm to manage.
Once you manage your assigned farm cluster, all produce is sold through Dane Soilless Farms’ off-taker system. This ensures you don’t struggle with market access. You’ll earn a steady income share from sales, while building skills and financial independence.
